[origin: US4875604A] The invention relates to a dispenser for paste-like products which is characterized by a particular simple construction of its dispensing mechanism requiring a reduced number of components. Integrally connected to a supply container of the dispenser is a cylinder body slidably supporting a dispensing piston connected to an actuator cap guided on the cylinder body. The dispensing piston cooperates with the cylinder body to define a pump chamber communicating with the interior of the supply container through a non-return valve. On the other side the bottom portion of the dispensing piston is provided with a non-return valve for establishing communication of the pump chamber with a tubular section carrying the dispensing piston and at the same time acting as an outlet passage for the paste-like product. The tubular section is integrally connected to the actuator cap, the latter being biased towards a rest position by a return spring supported on a fixed counterstop, particularly on the cylinder body.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Spender für pastöse Produkte, der sich durch einen besonders einfachen und einzelteilarmen Aufbau seiner Fördereinrichtung auszeichnet. Mit dem Vorratsbehälter (2) des Spenders ist einstückig ein Zylinderkörper verbunden, in dem ein Förderkolben (22) gleitet, der an einer Betätigungskappe (7) aufgenommen ist, die durch den Zylinderkörper (6) geführt ist. Im Zusammenhang mit dem Zylinderkörper (6) bestimmt der Förderkolben (22) einen Pumpenraum (24), der mit dem Vorratsraum des Behälters durch ein Rückschlagventil vebunden ist. Andererseits weist der Förderkolben (22) in seiner Stirnfläche ein Rückschlagventil (30) zur Verbindung einer Rohrsektion (19) mit dem Pumpenraum auf, die den Förderkolben (22) trägt und zugleich den Ausgabekanal für das pastöse Produkt bildet. Die Rohrsektion (19) ist einstückig mit der Betätigungskappe (7), die durch eine an einem festen Widerlager, insbesondere dem Zylinderkörper (6), abgestützte Rückstellfeder in einer Ausgangslage vorgespannt ist.
