1. Powder coating enclosure comprising a floor filter belt (52), at least one extraction nozzle (56) for filter belt cleaning and at least one suction blower in effective communication with the extraction nozzle (56), which is movable forwards and backwards by means of a drive belt, characterised in that the extraction nozzle (56) is connected with the suction blower via an extraction duct (57) arranged inside the enclosure in the area of the enclosure floor and in that the extraction duct (57) open on one longitudinal side is sealed off by the drive belt.
Abstract (de)
Die Absauganlage für pulverförmiges Gut, insbesondere für Pulverbeschichtungskabinen, weist mindestens eine bewegte Saugdüse (56) auf und einem mit der Saugdüse (56) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Saugluftkanal (57) mit einem Saugzuggebläse. Die Saugdüse (56) ist mit einem Antriebsriemen (54) wirkverbunden, welcher die Düse (56) quer zum Saugluftkanal (57) bewegt, wobei der auf einer Längsseite offene Kanal (57) durch den Antriebsriemen (54) abgedichtet ist. Die Absaugdüse (56) wird mittels des Riemens (54) über einen Motor (55) hin und her bewegt, wobei der Riemen gleichzeitig als Dichtungselement für einen Schlitz (64) eines Längsabsaugkanals (57) dient. Diese Anlage arbeitet effizient und ist völlig betriebssicher.
