Tongs to prepare fish on the dinner table formed by a band folded in order to form two ribbed legs (1, 2; 5, 6; 16, 18) in slightly flared shape, each end of which is cut to a bevel (3) and a rounded point (4), characterized by the fact that the band is stainless steel and that one of the legs (6, 16) is provided with a sliding bone ejector (8) comprising guide means and a control pusher (11, 17).
