In order to ensure a spring action for the tensioning of the closure housing (22) and housing cover (30) by means of tensioning elements (42, 44) which link both parts, are articulated on the housing (22) and grip the housing cover (30) from underneath, the tensioning system is provided with flexion springs (26) which serve as articulation axes for tensioning elements. In this way the clamping action can easily be created as a result of the dual function of the flexion springs (26).
