Abstract (en)
The austenitic, nitrogen-containing CrNiMoMn steel consists of 0.015 to 0.25% of C, 0.3 to 2.5% of Si, 0.5 to 15% of Mn, 3 to 17% of Ni, 13 to 25% of Cr, 0.5 to 6% of Mo, 0 to 3% of Co, 0 to 2% of V, 0 to 2% of W, 0 to 0.5% of Ce, 0 to 0.5% of B, 0 to 0.5% of La, 0 to 0.5% of Nb and 0.5 to 1.1% of N, the remainder being Fe, the nitrogen content thereof being introduced by addition of Si3N4 during the electroslag refining of the intermediate alloy under pressure. Production processes and particularly advantageous possible uses for the steel are also indicated.

Es wird ein austenitischer, stickstoffhaltiger CrNiMoMn-Stahl beschrieben, der aus 0,015 bis 0,25 % C, 0,3 bis 2,5 % Si, 0,5 bis 15 % Mn, 3 bis 17 % Ni, 13 bis 25 % Cr, 0,5 bis 6 % Mo, 0 bis 3 % Co, 0 bis 2 % V, 0 bis 2 % W, 0 bis 0,5 % Ce, 0 bis 0,5 % B, 0 bis 0,5 % La, 0 bis 0,5 % Nb, 0,5 bis 1,1 % N sowie Rest Fe besteht und dessen Stickstoffgehalt während des Druckelektroschlackeumschmelzens der Vorlegierung durch Zugabe von Si3N4 eingebracht wird. Ferner werden für den Stahl ein Herstellungsverfahren und besonders vorteilhafte Verwendungsmöglichkeiten angegeben.
