1. A process for the manufacture of a component, especially for use as a ski core, preferably in a cross-country ski, which core is formed of corrugated or serpentine shaped sheets of paper or plastics material fitted and connected together, characterized in that tension members (6), such as threads of cotton, silk, glass, plastics, carbon or the like, located at a distance from each other and running approximately parallel to each other, are attached e.g. glued, to the corrugated or serpentine shaped sheets (2) of paper or plastics and in that the sheets (2) are subsequently laid on top of each other and connected together, especially glued.

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauelementes, insbesondere zur Verwendung als Skikern, vorzugsweise in einem Langlaufski, welcher Kern durch aneinandergefügte und miteinander verbundene gewellte oder abgewinkelt profilierte Folien aus Papier- oder Kunststoffmaterial gebildet ist. Dabei werden an den gewellten oder abgewinkelt profilierten Folien (2) aus Papier oder Kunststoff in Abstand voneinander befindliche, zueinander angenähert parallel verlaufende Zugelemente (6), wie Fäden aus Baumwolle, Seide, Glas, Kunststoff, Kohlenstoff od.dgl., befestigt, z.B. verklebt, und werden anschließend die Folien (2) aufeinander gelegt und miteinander verbunden, insbesondere verklebt.
