The invention relates to a device for the automatic closing of bags or the like, filled with piece goods, such as, for example, fruit, by means of adhesive tape and is aimed at providing a device of the abovementioned type, which makes it possible fully automatically to shape the bags at their filling orifices into string-like necks and to close them by means of an adhesive tape in a simple and operationally reliable way. According to the invention, for this purpose a driven transport wheel (10) which is connected operatively to a fixed guide track (12) and which has slots (11) for receiving the bag necks (14) gathered together in the region of their orifices is connected to an adhesive- tape supply roller (15) which has troughs (16) on the circumference for the introduction of the bag necks gathered in a string-like manner and which is taken up rotatably by the bag necks, and to an adhesive- tape closer (17) and a severing knife (19). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum automatischen Verschließen von mit stückigen Gütern wie z.B. Früchten gefüllten Beuteln oder dergl. mittels Klebestreifen und bezweckt eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, mit der ein vollautomatisches Formen der Beutel an ihren Einfüllöffnungen zu strangartigen Hälsen und deren Verschließen mittels eines Klebestreifens in einfacher und betriebssicherer Weise ermöglicht wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu vorgeschlagen, ein mit einer ortsfesten Führungsbahn (12) in Wirkverbindung stehendes, Schlitze (11) zur Aufnahme der im Bereich ihrer Öffnungen zusammengerafften Beutelhälse (14) aufweisendes, angetriebenes Transportrad (10) mit einer Mulden (16) am Umfang zur Einführung der strangartig zusammengenommenen Beutelhälse aufweisende, durch die Beutelhälse drehbar mitgenommene Klebebandzuführrolle (15), sowie mit einem Klebebandschließer (17) und einem Trennmesser (19) zu verbinden.
