[origin: WO8701032A1] Device (60), with a casing (61) partly open at the top (65), over the opening (66) of which extends an elastic cover (67) and which is provided with a rotationally-driven massage unit equipped with massaging elements and located under the cover. In order to adapt ideally such a device (60) to the shape of the sole of the foot and attain increased massaging efficiency, a separate massage unit (71, 72) is provided for each foot, these units being arranged parallel to one another and having essentially the same design. Each massage unit (71, 72) has two parallel rotating endless chains (73, 74) between which are located shafts (51) arranged around the periphery of the chains and provided with spaced massage wheels (56) which rotate freely. The inner chains (73) of the two massage units (71, 72), which face one another rise up in a central area of their upper path, passing over a support boss (94).

Le dispositif (60) ci-décrit comporte un boîtier (61) partiellement ouvert sur sa face supérieure (65), dont l'ouverture (66) est recouverte d'un revêtement élastique (67), et possède une unité de massage entraînée en rotation, pourvue de corps de massage et disposée au-dessous du revêtement. Afin d'adapter un tel dispositif (60) de manière idéale à la forme de la plante du pied et d'obtenir une efficacité accrue de massage, il est prévu pour chaque pied une unité de massage séparée (71, 72), lesquelles sont disposées parallèlement l'une par rapport à l'autre et présentent une configuration sensiblement identique. Chaque unité de massage (71, 72) comporte deux chaînes parallèles rotatives en sans fin (73, 74) entre lesquelles sont agencés des axes (51) répartis sur la périphérie des chaînes et pourvus de rouleaux de massage (56) espacés tournant en roue libre. Les chaînes intérieures (73) tournées l'une vers l'autre des deux unités de massage (71, 72) se soulèvent dans une région centrale de leur brin supérieur en passant sur une couronne d'appui (94).
