Abstract (en)
In this appliance, a mass motor-driven in an unbalanced manner is provided in order to drive a tool (1). The mass consists of at least one electric motor (5), with an eccentric centrifugal weight (4) which can be driven by the motor shaft (13), and of a tool carrier (8) fastened on the side of the centrifugal weight (4) to the motor housing (5) and forms a drive unit (3) which is held in a vibratory manner on the housing (2) of the appliance. For the purpose of relieving the load on the motor bearings, the centrifugal weight (4) of the drive unit (3) is rotatably mounted independently on the tool carrier (8) and is driven by the motor shaft (13) via a coupling (29), a reduction gear unit (21) or the like. Here, the centrifugal weight (4) can also be distributed over several identical counter gears (20, 20') of a reduction gear unit (21) so that even these bearings only need to absorb proportional loads. If need be, a dust-extracting fan impeller (31) for a dust-catching device (40) which can be used on the appliance can also be arranged here on the drive unit (3), and in fact so as to be directly driven by the motor shaft (13). Furthermore, the appliance can be designed for this purpose in such a way that dust extraction can be thus carried out either alternatively to or in addition to the surface treatment. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei diesem Gerät ist zum Antrieb eines Werkzeuges (1) eine motorisch unwuchtig bewegte Masse vorgesehen, welche zumindest aus einem Elektromotor (5) mit einem von der Motorwelle (13) antreibbaren exzentrischen Schwunggewicht (4) und einem an der Seite des Schwunggewichtes (4) am Motorgehäuse (5) befestigten Werkzeugträger (8) besteht und welche eine Antriebseinheit (3) bildet, die am Gerätegehäuse (2) schwingbar gehalten ist. Zwecks Entlastung der Motorlager ist das Schwunggewicht (4) der Antriebseinheit (3) für sich am Werkzeugträger (8) drehbar gelagert und wird von der Motorwelle (13) über eine Kupplung (29), einem Untersetzungsgetriebe (21) od. dgl. angetrieben. Dabei kann das Schwunggewicht (4) auch an mehreren identischen Vorgelegerädern (20, 20') eines Untersetzungsgetriebes (21) verteilt sein, sodaß auch diese Lager nur anteilsmäßige Belastungen aufnehmen brauchen. Erforderlichenfalls kann dabei zusätzlich an der Antriebseinheit (3), uzw. direkt von der Motorwelle (13) angetrieben, auch ein Staub absaugender Gebläseläufer (31) für eine am Gerät einsetzbare Staubfangvorrichtung (40) angeordnet werden. Hiefür kann das Gerät weiters so ausgebildet werden, daß damit eine Staubabsaugung entweder alternativ oder zusätzlich zur Oberflächenbehandlung durchgeführt werden kann.
