1. Apparatus for formulating pharmaceutical or cosmetic ointments or creams, comprising an ointment vessel fitted with a stirring mechanism and having spraying heads for cleaning purposes, and a safety valve and a homogenising device arranged in the vessel or in the bypass to the vessel, characterised in that one or more fixed spraying head or heads (8, 9), disposed at various heights, and at least one pivotable spraying head (12) to spray rinsing fluid, are arranged in the vessel (1), and they coat the whole of the inner surface of the vessel and can optionally be supplied separately by means of individual supply pipes.

Der Salbenkessel (1) zur Formulierung pharmazeutischer bzw. kosmetischer Salben oder Cremes ist mit einem Rührwerk (4) versehen und weist Sprühköpfe (8, 9, 12) für Reinigungszwecke auf. Ausserdem sind ein Sicherheitsventil (14) und eine im Kessel (1) bzw. im Bypass zum Kessel (1) angeordnete Homogenisiervorrichtung (15) vorgesehen. Um eine optimale CIP-Reinigung zu gewährleisten, ist neben den feststehenden Sprühköpfen (8, 9), die über getrennte Zuleitungen separat ansteuerbar sind, ein weiterer an einem drehbaren, abgewinkelten Rohr (11) angeordneter Sprühkopf (12) im Kessel (1) angebracht. Der wesentliche Vorteil dieser Massnahmen besteht darin, dass die Reinigungszeiten - und damit der Produktionsausfall - erheblich reduziert werden können.
