[origin: WO8701059A1] Roller guide, in particular for billet, bar and wire roll stands, having two guide rollers (6) for the rolling material, the rollers being supported rotatably around two mutually parallel axes (9) and between which the rolling material passes. The distance between the axes can be adjusted so that the guide rollers are applied on the rolling material with a certain pressure. The guide rollers (6) are provided with a sensor (20) to establish the pressure applied to them by the rolling material and to emit a corresponding output signal. If the roller guide is provided with a housing (1) for receiving a lead element (2) and with two support arms (5) for the guide rollers (6), which are supported on the housing (1) in a pivotal manner around two axes (8) parallel to the rotation axes (9) of guide rollers (6), then the sensor (20) on the housing (1) can be arranged on a support arm (5) or between the housing (1) and a support arm (5).

Guidage à rouleaux, surtout pour les cages de laminoirs pour billettes, barres et fil de fer, pourvu de deux rouleaux (6) pour guider la matière à laminer, les rouleaux étant supportés de manière rotative autour de deux axes (9), parallèlement l'un par rapport à l'autre, et entre lesquels passe la matière à laminer. La distance entre les axes peut être réglée pour que les rouleaux de guidage puissent être appliqués à la matière à laminer avec une certaine pression. Les rouleaux de guidage (6) sont dotés d'un capteur (20) afin de pouvoir déterminer la pression qui leur est appliquée par la matière à laminer et pour émettre un signal de sortie correspondant. Si le guidage à rouleaux est pourvu d'un boîtier (1) pour recevoir une amorce (2), et de deux bras de support (5) pour les rouleaux de guidage (6) qui sont supportés de manière pivotante autour des deux axes (8) parallèlement aux axes de rotation (9) des rouleaux de guidage (6), le capteur (20) situé sur le boîtier (1) peut alors être disposé sur un bras de support (5) ou entre le boîtier (1) et un bras de support (5).
