Abstract (en)
This contact rubber has a structure that prevents penetration by oily substances by utilising the increase, brought about by the oily substances, in the contact resistance value of the conductive portion. The contact consists of three portions : a key top portion (1), a conductive portion (2), an oil proof portion (3). The key top (1) is made of an insulating rubber moulded into the shape of a dome. The oil-proof portion (3) is a layer of an oil-proof rubber or a resin film formed between (1) and (2).

Structure d'un caoutchouc de contact utilisé pour différents types d'appareils électroniques, pour empêcher qu'une substance huileuse ayant pénétrée à l'intérieur du caoutchouc de contact depuis l'extérieur, ou qui est contenue dans le même caoutchouc, ne sorte à la surface d'une partie conductrice du caoutchouc et inhibe une augmentation de la valeur de la résistance de contact de la partie conductrice. La partie conductrice (2) est formée sur la partie supérieure d'une touche (1) qui est moulée avec un caoutchouc isolant de manière à présenter une forme de dôme, via une partie étanche à l'huile (3) composée d'une couche d'un caoutchouc étanche à l'huile ou d'un film de résine.
