[origin: EP0234213A2] The invention relates to a control-rod fitting with a control rod (7) which is guided longitudinally displaceably under a face plate (8) and which is equipped with at least one locking pin (9) which, whilst spreading the control rod (7), can be lowered from the underside of the face plate (8) counter to a spring load out of its position located in front of a longitudinal slot (16) of the face plate into the longitudinal slot. To achieve the best possible engagement between the locking pin and the associated counter locking part, the control rod (7) possesses, on its side confronting the face plate (8), a control cam (19) moving out of the region of the longitudinal slot (16) and under the face plate (8) and intended for spreading the control rod (7) from the underside of the face plate (8). <IMAGE>
