Abstract (en)
The device comprises a magazine (1) which is adapted for being supported by the body of the operator. The magazine (1) contains a power supply battery and an electric motor, which can be connected by means of a flexible shaft, housed in a sleeve (6) to a rotatable tool (7). Also housed in the magazine (1) is a space for containing a reel (12) of metal tie wire intended to be unwound as required by the operator.
