Eine Leuchte mit einer stabförmigen,insbesondere horizontal angeordneten Lichtquelle (1), mit zu beiden Längsseiten der Lichtquelle (1) sich von unterhalb bis oberhalb dieser erstreckenden, konkav gekrümmten Seitenreflektoren (2, 3) , mit einem unterhalb der Lichtquelle (1) angeordneten Abblendreflektor (17),sowie mit zwei die Seitenreflektoren (2, 3) stirnseitig verbindenden Stirnreflektoren, wobei der Abblendreflektor (17) aus einem streifenförmigen Flachmaterial besteht und sich mit geringem Abstand unterhalb der Lichtquelle (1) zu dieser parallel zwischen den Stirnreflektoren erstreckt, wobei die Breite des Abblendreflektors (17) ?>/=? der Breite der senkrechten Projektion der Lichtquelle (1) ist und der Abblendreflektor (17) in seiner Fläche eine Vielzahl von Lichtaustrittsöffnungen (18) aufweist.
