A hydraulic system with a plurality of pumps (10, 11) for the supply of a plurality of consuming devices via a common delivery line (12), arranged upstream of which is in each case a directional control valve (26 to 28). In this arrangement, the load pressure prevailing at a consuming device is determined and transmitted to a control line (21) for the purpose of signal processing. Allocated to the pumps is a single pressure balance (17) which, during a corresponding pressure rise in the control line, constantly switches the other pump to the delivery line in accordance with the change in the control-pressure gradient at a measuring orifice (27A) in the directional control valve. In this way, an economically optimum energy consumption of the hydraulic system is obtained. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hydraulikanlage mit mehreren Pumpen (10, 11) für die Versorgung mehrerer Verbraucher über eine gemeinsame Förderleitung (12), denen jeweils ein Wegeventil (26 bis 28) vorgeschaltet ist. Dabei wird der an einem Verbraucher herrschende Lastdruck ermittelt und in eine Steuerleitung (21) zwecks Signalverarbeitung übertragen. Den Pumpen ist eine einzige Druckwaage (17) zugeordnet, die bei entsprechendem Druckanstieg in der Steuerleitung die andere Pumpe stetig der Förderleitung zuschaltet entsprechend der Änderung des Regeldruckgefälles an einer Meßblende (27A) im Wegeventil. Auf diese Weise erhält man einen wirtschaftlich optimalen Energiebedarf der Hydraulikanlage.
