[origin: US4822050A] The device comprises a container for receiving the pack of cards to be distributed, of which the movable bottom is formed by a carriage. This carriage comprises rollers which, when the carriage is moved, drive the lower card of the pack which is isolated by a flange. The pattern of the transported card is read and this information controls the movement of the carriage which releases the card into a determined distribution box. To this end the carriage goes beyond the chosen distribution box while pushing non return springs, then comes back in such a manner that the non return springs immobilize the card above the chosen distribution box into which this card falls by gravity when the carriage has gone away.

L'appareil comprend un bac (1) de réception des cartes (26) à distribuer, dont le fond mobile constitue un chariot (10). Ce chariot comporte des galets (13) qui, lors du déplacement du chariot, entraînent la carte inférieure du paquet isolée par un taquet (28). Le code de valeur de la carte transportée est lu et cette information commande le déplacement du chariot (10) qui libère la carte transportée dans une case de distribution déterminée (36). A cet effet, le chariot (10) dépasse la case (36) choisie, en repoussant des ressorts anti-retour (40), puis revient en arrière de façon que les ressorts (40) immobilisent la carte au-dessus de la case (36) dans laquelle elle tombe par gravité lorsque le chariot (10) s'est effacé. L'invention s'applique en particulier à la distribution de donnes prédéterminées pour tournois de bridge.
