[origin: US4710980A] Protecting garment usable in particular in hairdressing salons, of the type composed of an overall or cape, designed to be wrapped around the user's body, and of a towel adaptable on said overall. According to the invention: the overall or cape is a one-piece garment, the geometrical shape of which is such as to allow a sufficient development to protect efficiently the user, said garment having a neck opening to allow the user's head through, the towel at least is made from a complex material containing an absorbing non-woven material, and is triangular-shaped, said towel being provided along one of the sides of the triangle with means for securing it on the overall, at the level of the shoulders, at the back of the neck opening.

Ensemble protecteur utilisable notamment dans les salons de coiffure, constitué d'une blouse ou peignoir (1) destiné à envelopper le corps de l'utilisateur et d'une serviette (2) susceptible d'être adaptée sur la blouse (1). Selon l'invention: - le peignoir ou blouse (1) est constitué d'un ensemble en une seule pièce, dont la forme géométrique est telle qu'elle permet un développement suffisant pour protéger de façon efficace l'utilisateur, cet ensemble comportant une encolure (4) permettant le passage de la tête de l'utilisateur. - au moins, la serviette (2) est à base d'un matériau complexe comportant un non-tissé absorbant, est de forme triangulaire, et comporte le long d'un des côtés (5) dudit triangle des moyens permettant de la fixer sur le peignoir (1) au niveau des épaules, à l'arrière de l'ouverture (3) formant encolure.
