Abstract (en)
In a method for cutting food products, in particular vegetables, bread or cheese, into strips or cubes, a magazine plunger (19) pushes the product to be cut, in a magazine (2), from one end cyclically through an opening (15) in the magazine at the opposite end. In front of the magazine, a severing knife (16), driven by a drive motor, for cutting off the product to be cut is arranged. Bei einem Verfahren zum Schneiden von Lebensmitteln, insbesondere von Gemüse, Brot oder Käse, in Streifen- oder Würfelform, schiebt in Magazinstempel (19) in einem Magazin (2) von einem Ende aus das Schneidgut taktweise durch eine Öffnung (15) im Magazin am gegenüberliegenden Ende. Vor dem Magazin ist ein von einem Antriebsmotor aus angetriebenes Trennmesser (16) zum Abschneiden des Schneidgutes angeordnet. Die nach dem Schneiden durch das Trennmesser (16) auf einen Rahmen (11) mit mehreren auf Abstand zueinander liegenden Messern (12) fallenden Scheiben des Schneidgutes werden durch einen über dem Rahmen (11) angeordneten und nach unten auf den Rahmen preßbaren Schneidestempel (13) durch den Rahmen mit den Messern gedrückt.
