[origin: US4719084A] Water-soluble corrosion-inhibiting mixtures containing (a) one or more ammonium salts of fatty acids corresponding to the following general formula <IMAGE> (I) in which n=1 or 2 while R1, R2, R3 and R4 may be the same or different and represent hydrogen, unbranched or branched C1-C6 alkyl groups, C1-C6 hydroxyalkylene groups or C1-C8 aminoalkylene groups and R5 represents C6-C10 alkyl groups, and (b) one or more polyol fatty acids and/or salts thereof corresponding to the following general formula <IMAGE> (II) in which R6 is a C1-C19 alkyl or alkylene group and R7 represents an organic residue formed from a dihydroxy or polyhydroxy compound by elimination of a hydroxyl group, M(+)=H(+), Na(+), K(+) or an ammonium ion [R1R2R3R4N]n+, as in formula (I), and m is an integer of from 0 to 18, and to a process for preparing these water-soluble mixtures and to the use of these mixtures for inhibiting corrosion in drilling oils, cutting oils, rolling oils, grinding oils, metal-cleaning solutions, coolants and lubricants.

Die Erfindung betrifft wasserlösliche Mischungen zur Korrosionsinhibierung, die ein oder mehrere Ammoniumsalze von Fettsäuren mit der allgemeinen Formel (I) <IMAGE> in der n = 1 oder 2 bedeuten und R¹, R², R³ und R<4> gleich oder verschieden sein können und für Wasserstoff, unverzweigte oder verzweigte Alkylreste mit 1 bis 6 C-Atomen, Hydroxyalkylenreste mit 1 bis 6 C-Atomen oder Aminoalkylenreste mit 1 bis 8 C-Atomen stehen und R<5> für Alkylreste mit 6 bis 10 C-Atomen steht und ein oder mehrere Polyolfettsäuren und/oder deren Salze der allgemeinen Formel (II) <IMAGE> in der R<6> für einen Alkyl- oder Alkylenrest mit 1 bis 19 C-Atomen und R<7> für einen aus einer Di- oder Polyhydroxyverbindung durch Abspaltung einer Hydroxylgrup pe entstandenen organischen Rest steht, M<⊕> = H<⊕>, Na<⊕>, K<⊕> oder ein Ammoniumion [R¹R²R³R<4>N ]<n><+> wie in Formel (I) bedeutet und m ganze Zahlen von 0 bis 18 bedeutet, enthalten, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung derartiger wasserlöslicher Mischungen von Ammoniumsalzen von Fettsäuren und Polyolfettsäuren und/oder deren Salzen, und die Verwendung derartiger Mischungen zur Korrosionsinhibierung in Bohrölen, Schneidölen, Walzölen, Schliefölen, Lösungen für die Metallreinigung, Kühlmitteln und Schmiermitteln.
