1. A cylinder head for a liquid-cooled internal combustion engine, wherein a valve-lever or valve-rocker housing (7), into which lubricating oil is arranged to be fed for the purpose of lubricating and cooling, is located above a discharge passage (5), characterized in that an air chamber (10) is arranged between the discharge passage (5) and the valve-lever or valve-rocker housing (7).

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zylinderkopf (2) für eine Brennkraftmaschine, wobei zwischen einem Auslaßkanal (5) und einem Ventil- bzw. Kipphebelraum (7) zur thermischen Entkopplung ein Luftraum (10) angeordnet ist. Aufgrund der thermischen Entkopplung kann auf den Boden (14) des Ventil- bzw. Kipphebelraums (7) tropfendes Öl nicht verkoken (Fig. 1).
