[origin: WO8702121A1] A heat-carrying fluid is circulated through an air-permeable screen for cooling said screen. Then, ice is formed on the surface of the screen due to the humidity of the air. The circulation of the fluid is interrupted periodically while air can still pass through the ice-coated screen so as to accelerate the sublimation of the ice from the ice-coated surface of the screen by air passing through the screen.

On fait circuler un fluide caloporteur à travers un écran perméable à l'air, afin de refroidir ledit écran. De la glace se forme alors sur la surface de l'écran à cause de l'humidité de l'air. La circulation du fluide est interrompue périodiquement alors que de l'air peut passer à travers l'écran recouvert de glace de manière à accélérer la sublimation de la glace sur la surface recouverte de glace de l'écran sous l'effet de l'air traversant ce dernier.
