Abstract (en)

The invention embodies a particulate mass of a sorbent, or catalyst, comprised of nickel and iron in defined concentrations composited with a porous, refractory inorganic oxide and the use of this composition to remove sulfur from a reformer feedstock without significant production, if any, of polynuclear aromatic compounds.
