The invention relates to a housing (1) with an opening (3) opposite to the cell bottom (2) for inserting a receptacle (4) for refuse, bulk goods, storage goods or the like, with a lid (5) covering the opening (3) and with a lifting device (6) for removing and reinserting the receptacle (4) in the housing (1). The invention is based on the object of creating a housing of the aforementioned generic type, the lifting device of which can be easily manually operated in both directions with uniform loading, which is rugged and fault-free and which visually ensures a large variety of utilisations. According to the invention, this object is achieved in conjunction with the aforementioned generic term by the fact that, as a lifting device, the inside wall (7) of the housing (1) and the outside wall of the receptacle (4) or the outside wall of a frame (10) carrying the receptacle (4) have sliding surfaces or rollers (9) which match one another and via which the receptacle (4) can be moved by circular movements in accordance with the principle of a helical thread (8) to the opening (3) and from there again to the bottom (2) of the housing (1). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Raumzelle (l) mit einer dem Zellenboden (2) gegenüberliegenden Öffnung (3) zum Einsatz eines Behälters (4) für Müll-, Schütt-, Lagergüter oder dgl. mit einem die Öffnung (3) überragenden Deckel (5) sowie mit einer Hubvorrichtung (6) zur Herausnahme und zum Wiedereinsatz des Behälters (4) in die Raumzelle (l). Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Raumzelle der vorgenannten Gattung zu schaffen, deren Hubvorrichtung sich bei gleichmäßiger Belastung leicht von Hand in beiden Richtungen betätigen läßt, die robust und störungsfrei beschaffen ist und die optisch eine variantenreiche Benutzung gewährleistet. Diese Aufgabe wird in Verbindung mit dem vorgenannten Gattungsbegriff erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß als Hubvorrichtung die Innenwandung (7) der Raumzelle (l) und die Außenwandung des Behälters (4) oder die Außenwandung eines den Behälter (4) tragenden Gestelles (l0) aufeinander abgestimmte Gleitflächen oder Rollen (9) aufweisen, über welche der Behälter (4) durch kreisende Bewegungen nach dem Prinzip eines Schraubgewindes (8) bis zur Öffnung (3) und von dort wieder zum Boden (2) der Raumzelle (l) bewegbar ist.
