[origin: EP0240930A2] 1. A closure cap (1) for a bottle (12) with a rim-shaped inlet (14) and a contiguous bottle neck (15), comprising an elastic rubber seal (6) and a cap holder (7) for engagement from under with the bottle neck (15), and engaging from under the rim surface adjacent to the bottle neck, characterized in that the cap holder is inserted into two opposing cap slots (10) extending in a slant manner with respect to the cap seal (6) so as to provide a tight sealing of the cap (1) without rotation thereof.
