1. A brooch catch with a needle, characterized in that the brooch consists of two parts (1,2) connected together tos wivel via a hinge (4), where the two parts of the brooch, in the area diametrically opposed to the hinge (4), each have a positive-fit closing catch part (5-9), and that to one brooch part (1) in the area of the corresponding closure part is fixed a needle (10) which crosses the brooch itself in its closed position and fixes in an eyelet (11) fitted in the area near the hinge of the other brooch part.

Eine aus zwei Broschenteile (1,2) bestehende Brosche hat ein Scharnier (4) mit Scharnierbolzen (3). Dem Scharnier (4) diametral gegenüber sind in den Broschenteilen (1,2) Sacklöcher (5,6) angebracht. Im einen Sackloch (5) ist ein Federstift (7) eingelötet, der mittels Formschlussmittel im anderen Broschenteil im geschlossenem Zustand eingreift. Vom Scharnier entfernteren Ende des Broschenteiles (1) erstreckt sich eine Nadel (10) quer über die Brosche zum scharniernahen Bereich des zweiten Broschenteiles (2), wo eine Oese (11) angebracht ist. Beim Schwenken der beiden Broschenteile (1,2) wird die Nadel (10) automatisch in beziehungsweise aus der Oese (11) gefahren. An der Trennstelle der beiden Broschenteile (1,2) ist eine Kerbe (12) vorgesehen. Der erfindungsgemässe Verschluss ist besonders klein, steht kaum vom Schmuck ab und ermöglicht zudem noch eine ganze Reihe neuer gestalterischer Broschenformen.
