Abstract (en)
The high-temperature-resistant protective coating is formed by an alloy based on nickel, cobalt, chromium, aluminium and generally also yttrium. The object of the invention is to improve the adhesive strength of the metal oxide top layer forming the protective coating and to increase the oxidation and corrosion resistance. According to the invention, silicon is added to the alloy as a first additive. The amount of the silicon added to the alloy is between 1 and 3% by weight. The oxidation and corrosion resistance can be increased by a further addition of zirconium in an amount of 1% by weight. The same result can also be achieved by a further addition of tantalum, also in an amount of 1% by weight.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Hochtemperatur-Schutzschicht, die durch eine Legierung auf der Basis von Nickel, Kobalt, Chrom, Aluminium, und meist auch Yttrium gebildet wird. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Haftfestigkeit der sich auf der Schutzschicht ausbildenden metalloxidischen Deckschicht zu verbessern, und die Oxidations- und Korrosionbeständigkeit zu erhöhen. Erfindungsgemäß wird der Legierung Silizium als erster Zusatz beigemischt. Die Menge des der Legierung zuzuführenden Siliziums liegt zwischen 1 und 3 Gew.%. Durch einen weiteren Zusatz an Zirkonium in einer Menge von 1 Gew.% kann die Oxidations- und Korrosionsbeständigkeit erhöht werden. Das gleiche Ergebnis läßt sich auch durch einen weiteren Zusatz an Tantal, ebenfalls in einer Menge von 1 Gew.%, erreichen.
