The radiating device (10) comprises at least one wire (21) helically wound on either side of the axis of symmetry of the reflector, which is the radiating axis ( DELTA ) of the said device, each wire being short-circuited to the reflector via its end situated on the base side of this reflector (11) and being fed via its other end.
