Abstract (en)
[origin: US4784065A] The opening and closing control system of a protective hood of a chair of a chair-lift comprises spring or gravity energy storage devices, to move the hood independently from the speed of the chair. The energy storage device is reloaded when the chair passes through the terminal and catches lock the hood in different positions. These catches are automatically controlled when the chair passes predetermined locations to achieve automatic control of opening and closing of the hood.

La commande d'ouverture et de fermeture d'un capot (32) de protection d'un siège (18) d'un télésiège comprend des accumulateurs d'énergie, à ressort ou à gravité (38) pour déplacer le capot indépendamment de la vitesse du siège. L'accumulateur est réarmé au passage du siège dans la station et des verrous (42, 44, 46) verrouillent le capot en différentes positions. Ces verrous sont commandés automatiquement au passage du siège en des emplacements prédéterminés pour réaliser une commande automatique d'ouverture et de fermeture du capot.
