1. Motor pump unit of a high-pressure cleansing apparatus, comprising an electromotor arranged in a motor housing, the shaft of said motor protruding into a pump housing where it drives the piston or pistons of a high-pressure pump via a gear unit, said motor housing (2) and said pump housing (13) being designed as a one-piece component (14), characterized in that in the region of said pump housing (13) a chamber (19) accommodating the electrical installation of said motor is formed onto said one-piece housing component (14), said chamber being open outwardly and towards the interior space of said motor housing (2).

Um bei einer Motorpumpeneinheit (1) für ein Hochdruckreinigungsgerät mit einem in einem Motorgehäuse (2) angeordneten Elektromotor, dessen Motorwelle (7) in ein Pumpengehäuse (13) hineinragt und dort über ein Getriebe den oder die Kolben (17) einer Hochdruckpumpe antreibt, die Kompaktheit des Aufbaus zu erhöhen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß das Motorgehäuse (2) und das Pumpengehäuse (13) als einstückiges Bauteil (14) ausgebildet sind.
