- Equipement de signalisation. - Le socle conforme à l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le verrou (9) est constitué par un levier (10) pivotant sur un axe horizontal (11) porté par l'embase, comportant en bout un patin (12) apte à traverser l'ouverture (8) pour serrer un pied engagé dans le puits et disposé dans un logement (14) de l'embase de façon à être au moins en partie escamoté sous la surface supérieure (4a) de cette dernière lorsqu'il occupe sa position d'immobilisation du pied. - Application aux panneaux routiers.
