Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kniehebelspannvorrichtung, vornehmlich zur Verwendung im Kfz-Karosseriebau, wobei der Antrieb eines achsial verstellbaren, mit dem Kniehebelgelenk verbundenen Teil durch einen Elektromotor erfolgt. Dadurch wird kein Druckmittel zur Betätigung des achsialverstellbaren Teils, beispielsweise Druckluft oder Hydrauliköl mehr benötigt.
