The method is for the industrial prefabrication of tiled stove segments, such as tiled stove walls and tiled stove ceilings, produced from individual tiles, the tiled stove segments being put together at the location of the tiled stove to form the finished tiled stove. It is the object of the present invention to provide a method of the said type in which it is ensured that, after industrial prefabrication, the individual tiled stove segments can be put together at the installation site to form a tiled stove which fits together precisely, without any special finishing measures being required for this purpose. The invention is characterised in that, during prefabrication, a first tiled stove segment is formed from individual tiles, then, according to the final form of the tiled stove, the further tiled stove segments of individual tiles are formed and shaped to fit alongside the first tiled stove segment, with a release agent being introduced between the first tiled stove segment and the further tiled stove segments in order to prevent permanent bonding between the tiled stove segments, and in that this procedure is continued until complete prefabrication of the tiled stove. The invention relates, furthermore, to a means for carrying out the method. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur fabrikmäßigen Vorfertigung von aus einzelnen Kacheln hergestellten Kachelofensegmenten. wie Kachelofenwänden und Kachelofendecken, wobei die Kachelofensegmente am Standort des Kachelofens zum fertigen Kachelofen zusammengefügt werden. Es ist Aufgabe vorliegender Erfindung, ein Verfahren der genannten Art bereitzustellen. bei dem gewährleistet ist, daß die einzelnen Kachelofensegmente nach der fabrikmäßigen Vorfertigung am Aufstellungsort zu einem paßgenauen Kachelofen zusammengesetzt werden können, ohne daß es hierzu noch besonderer Fertigungsmaßnahmen bedarf. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Vorfertigung ein erstes Kachelofensegment aus einzelnen Kacheln gebildet wird, entsprechend der entgültigen Form des Kachelofens an das erste Kachelofensegment die an dieses angrenzenden weitere Kachelofensegmente aus einzelnen Kacheln gebildet und angeformt werden, mit zwischen dem ersten Kachelofensegment und den weiteren Kachelofensegmenten eingebrachtem Trennmittel zum Verhindern einer dauerhaften Verbindung zwischen den Kachelofensegmenten, und daß an die weiteren Kachelofensegmente die an diese angrenzenden Kachelofensegmente entsprechend gebildet und angeformt werden bis zur vollständigen Vorfertigung des Kachelofens. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.
