The device is for the heat treatment of running webs of woven or knitted material or the like which are led over guide rollers around the circumferential surfaces of heatable rolls or cylinders and is aimed at making it possible to adapt the heat supply from the surfaces of the rolls or cylinders to the web of material quickly to suit different requirements. The invention proposes arranging the guide rollers, which are disposed in front of and behind every heatable roll or cylinder, around the circumferential surfaces of the rolls or cylinders in such a way that they can swivel into different positions and assigning to the swivelling guide rollers length compensating devices for the web of material. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Regelung der Wärmezufuhr bei der Wärmebehandlung von laufenden Gewebe-, Gewirkebahnen oder dergl., bei der die Warenbahnen (10) über Führungswalzen (12) um die Mantelflächen von beheizbaren Walzen oder Zylindern (11) herumgeführt sind und bezweckt, die Wärmezuführung von den Walzen- oder Zylindermänteln an die Warenbahn (10) schnell unterschiedlichen Erfordernissen anpassen zu können. Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu vorgeschlagen, die vor und hinter jeder beheizbaren Walze oder Zylinder (11) angeordneten Führungswalzen (12) um die Mantelflächen der Walzen bzw. Zylinder herum in unterschiedliche Stellungen schwenkbar anzuordnen und den schwenkbaren Führungswalzen Längenausgleichseinrichtungen (13) für die Warenbahn zuzuordnen.
