Abstract (en)
Gymnastic apparatus with a belt, intended for autonomous body limbering-up exercises. It consists of a stick (1) having a hole (3) in which is inserted a leather strap (2) in which the user can position his foot, thus connecting a lower limb to at least one of the upper limbs of his body by means of the stick. The conical shape towards the ends of the stick (1) permits better control of the instrument and gripping thereof during the exercises which tend to consist of sliding of the hands by means of resistance to this sliding. The apparatus according to the invention is intended for any person capable of practising gymnastics. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un appareil de gymnastique à courroie destiné à l'assouplissement corporel de manière autonome. Il est constitué d'un baton (1) présentant un orifice (3) dans lequel est introduite une courroie de cuir (2) dans laquelle l'utilisateur peut poster son pied rendant ainsi solidaires un membre inférieur de l'un au moins des membres supérieurs de son corps par l'intermédiaire du baton. La forme cônique vers les extrémités du baton (1) permet un meilleur contrôle de l'instrument et de sa préhension pendant les exercices qui tendent au glissement des mains par résistance à ce glissement. L'appareil selon l'invention est destiné à tout public apte à pratiquer la gymnastique.
