[origin: US4760941A] A combination closure assembly and container wherein the threaded neck of the container includes two series of notches along the base thereof and wherein the closure is provided with a tamper indicating guarantee strip which is lockingly engaged with a first of the series of notches so that the strip will be severed from the remaining portion of the closure assembly if access is attempted into the container and wherein the closure assembly also includes a conical sleeve which is engageable with the second of the series of notches upon the severance of the guarantee strip in such a manner as to prevent the closure assembly from being removed from the container.

Le goulot fileté (2) du récipient (3) comporte à sa base une bague (6) pourvue de deux séries de crans du genre de ceux d'une roue à rochet et référencées (6<a>, 6b). L'embout est pourvu d'une jupe (7) destinée à se visser sur le goulot (2). Il est entouré par un manchon conique (10) pourvu de dents couchées internes (12). Ce manchon conique se prolonge vers le bas par une bande de garantie déchirable (11) munie de dents couchées (15). Ces dents coopèrent avec les crans (6<a>) pour éviter le dévissage de l'embout pendant le stockage du récipient. Après déchirage de la bande (11) ce sont les dents internes (12) qui viennent coopérer avec les crans (6b) pour interdire tout dévissage de l'embout.
