The sealing according to the invention is intended for sealing the arris and/or ridge regions of roofs provided with roof-covering elements such as clay roof tiles, concrete roof tiles or fibrated concrete slabs. The sealing consists of an essentially two-legged sealing profile (1), of which one sealing leg (2) bears against the arris (8) or ridge lath and the other sealing leg (3) bears against the end faces of the roof-covering elements (6). The two sealing legs (2, 3) are braced relative to one another by a further sealing part (5). <IMAGE>

Die Dichtung gemäß der Erfindung ist zum Abdichten der Grat- und/ oder Firstbereiche von mit Dacheindeckungselementen wie Tondachziegel, Dachsteinen oder Faserzementplatten versehenen Dächern, vorgesehen. Die Dichtung besteht aus einem im wesentlichen zweischenkeligen Dichtungsprofil (1), dessen einer Dichtschenkel (2) an der Grat (8)- oder Firstlatte und dessen anderer Dichtschenkel (3) an den Stirnflächen der Dacheindeckungselemente (6) anliegt. Die beiden Dichtschenkel (2, 3) werden durch einen weiteren Dichtungsteil (5) gegeneinander verspreizt.
