Automatic machine with multiple interchangeable heads, for mass footwear production of manufacturing. Such manufacturing operations include: pulling out nails (18) holding insoles (19) to lasts (20), rough shaping, tuft removal (48), pre-roughing edges (47) of uppers (21) secured to insoles (19), levelling bottom parts (29) of footwear (11), its roughing and cementing operations required for the ensuring attaching of soles.
