The cooling jacket (5) on a cylinder head (3) for a water-cooled in-line internal combustion engine (1) contains a pipeline (18), which, without any covering, projects from a coolant outlet aperture (23) for the connection of a heating device (20) originating in the cooling jacket (5), and has a cylindrical, smoothly cut form and an inlet aperture (22) in the cooling jacket (5) at a distance from the outlet aperture (23) together with an external hose connection for a heating supply line (19).

Ein Zylinderkopf (3) für eine flüssigkeits-gekühlte Reihen-Brennkraftmaschine (1) enthält in seinem Kühlmantel (5) eine Rohrleitung (18), die von einer Kühlmittel-Austrittsöffnung (23) für den Anschluß einer Heizvorrichtung (20) ausgehend in dem Kühlmantel (5) freiliegend hineinragt, eine zylindrische, glatt abgelängte Ausbildung und eine im Kühlmantel (5) im Abstand von der Austrittsöffnung (23) angeordnete Eintritts-Endöffnung (22) sowie einen außen-liegenden Schlauch-Anschlußstutzen für eine Heizungs-Vorlaufleitung (19) aufweist.
