[origin: EP0245127A1] A control button (23) is rotatably mounted in a transparent platen (11) through which operating indicators (7, 8) are visible. Padlocks (47) enable the button (23) to be locked in the "stop" position. A frame (12) is fixed to the platen around the button and has a U-shaped flap (32) articulated with the frame along an axis (33) by material thinnings (34) so as to, in a locking position, surround the button (23) and be retained around the latter by padlocks (47) locked through a hollow passing through the button. In this state the rotation of the button, of oblong shape, is prevented by the flap (32) which, nevertheless, leaves the indicators (7, 8) visible. Use for making the padlocking means simple, efficient and convenient. <IMAGE>
