[origin: WO8702976A1] A device for dispensing viscous materials from a storage vessel by means of a piston pump, in which the latter is secured in a leakproof manner to the outlet of the storage vessel, whereby the pump cylinder (2), smaller than the diameter of the device, is held inside the latter. The piston rod (9) is guided with limited movement in a bore of the device longitudinally and against the force of a return spring (17). A ventilation duct (24) is provided in the storage vessel and the bore of the device designed to guide the piston rod continues in a coaxially arranged stub pipe (8) leading to the section pipe of the piston pump. The piston rod penetrates the above mentioned bore and pipe stub leaving an air gap (10) and has in the pump cylinder between the cover of the device and pump piston located in its end position a ventilation opening (32).

Dispositif de distribution de matières visqueuses contenues dans un récipient de stockage au moyen d'une pompe à piston qui est fixée à la sortie du récipient de stockage, le cylindre (2) de la pompe qui est plus petit en diamètre que le dispositif étant maintenu à l'intérieur de celui-ci. La bielle (9) est guidée avec un déplacement limité longitudinalement à l'intérieur d'un alésage du dispositif et contre la force d'un ressort de rappel (17). Un canal de ventilation est prévu qui conduit vers le récipient de stockage et l'alésage du dispositif conçu pour guider la bielle se prolonge dans une tubulure (8) disposée coaxialement et orientée vers le tuyau d'aspiration (5) de la pompe à piston. La bielle traverse l'alésage précité ainsi que la tubulure en laissant un vide (10), et possède une ouverture de ventilation (32) dans le cylindre de la pompe entre le couvercle du dispositif et la bielle lorsqu'elle est dans sa position extrême supérieure.
