[origin: WO8703143A1] A hybrid horn antenna for focalized excitation of a reflector antenna, provided with a horn flange having grooves, is designed in such a manner that it is possible to achieve an elimination of deep reflector antennas with a high surface efficiency, low excess radiation and high side lobe attenuation. For this purpose the half flare angle theta o of the horn flange (7) is set in the region of 70<o> < theta o < 80<o> and the feed wave guide (3) projects suitably in relation to the horn throat (21).

Une antenne en cornet pour l'excitation focalisée d'une antenne à réflexion dont la bride du cornet est dotée de nervures est conçue de manière à réaliser une élimination de réflecteurs profonds à performance superficielle élevée, une faible radiation excédentaire et une atténuation du lobe secondaire élevée. A cette fin, le demi-angle o de la bride de l'antenne (7) est réglé à 70o < o < 80o et le guide d'onde d'alimentation (3) est disposé de manière appropriée en saillie par rapport à la gorge du cornet (21).
