[origin: WO8703326A1] An anti-theft device, primarily for articles of clothing or garments (1). The device is particularly characterized in that an elongated connector (3) such as a cable (3) or like element is arranged to co-act with an attachment device (4) intended for locked attachment to the garment (1), and also with a locking device in which the connector (3) is intended to be detachably secured and therewith connected to alarm signalling devices incorporated in the locking device. The connector (3) forms part of an electric circuit and the alarm signalling devices (6) can be placed in an active state such that an alarm will be signalled at least when the connector is disturbed in a manner to break the circuit, for example is severed.

Un dispositif antivol, destiné essentiellement à des articles d'habillement ou à des vêtements (1), comprend un lien allongé (3) tel qu'un câble (3) ou autre élément analogue, conçu pour agir en liaison avec un dispositif d'attache (4) se fixant de façon verrouillée au vêtement (1), et un dispositif de verrouillage, dans lequel le lien (3) est fixé de façon à pouvoir être détaché et est relié à des dispositifs d'enclenchement d'alarme incorporés audit dispositif de verrouillage. Le lien (3) fait partie d'un circuit électrique et les dispositifs d'enclenchement d'alarme (6) peuvent être placés en mode actif, de telle sorte qu'une alarme s'enclenche, dès que le lien est endommagé, par exemple rompu, de façon à couper le circuit.
