[origin: US4828301A] The invention is directed to a locking fitting, in particular for sliding casements of windows, doors or similar ports, that includes an assembly in a housing composed of a slide connected to a bolt for the purpose of locking the bolt in position and a locking device fitted with a pawl featuring at least one tooth and actuated by a grip integral with the slide and by a for controlling the locking device featuring a no-load run of the slide prior to moving the bolt. This locking fitting is characterized in that it comprises a blocking device with resilient pull-back that locks the bolt in its open position which is integral with the slide in shifting.

Une ferrure de verrouillage pour ouvrants coulissants de fenêtre, porte ou analogue comprenant, dans un boîtier (6), un coulisseau (9), relié à un pêne (12) pour verrouiller ce dernier dans sa position saillante, et, situés l'un en-dessous de l'autre dans le sens de déplacement du coulisseau (9), un dispositif de verrouillage (25) pourvu d'un cliquet (26) présentant au moins une dent saillante (28) et actionnée par une poignée (10) solidaire du coulisseau (9), un moyen de commande (40) du dispositif de verrouillage (25) présentant une course à vide (46) du coulisseau (9) avant l'entraînement du pêne (12) et un dispositif de condamnation à rappel élastique (51) bloquant le pêne (12) dans sa position d'ouverture, ce dispositif de condamnation à rappel élastique (51) étant rendu solidaire en déplacement du coulisseau (9).
