Method for slicing food, making it possible to obtain portions and piles of exactly predeterminable weight. For this purpose, the actual weight of the pile or portion obtained in each case is determined directly during the slicing process and the feed of the particular product is altered as a function of the deviation of the actual weight from the associated desired weight.

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmittelprodukten (3) beschrieben, das es ermöglicht, Portionen und Stapel (6) von exakt vorgebbarem Gewicht zu erhalten. Dazu wird bereits während des Aufschneidvorganges das Istgewicht des jeweils gebildeten Stapels (6) bzw. der jeweils gebildeten Portion (6) unmittelbar erfaßt und der Vorschub des jeweiligen Produktstücks (3) in Abhängigkeit von der Abweichtung des Istgewichts vom zugehörigen Sollgewicht verändert.
