Handle for household gear, essentially characterized in that it is constituted by a plurality of tube sections (1) assembled in a telescopic arrangement, said handle comprising conventional devices (2) for locking said tube sections (1), said devices (2) being operative both in the retracted configuration of the handle and in its stretched configuration for using the handle, the end sections of the handle respectively incorporating an anatomic handgrip (3) and a traditional arrangement (5) to quickly associate the handle to a utensil (6) with which it is to be used.
