The invention relates to a fully insulated plug having at least one plug pin (3) whose rearward terminal end (8) is provided with a retaining channel (9) running in the longitudinal direction of the plug pin, for pushing on and crimping of the connecting line (11). In the plug-in direction (6) of the connecting line (11) the plug pin (3) has, behind one another, initially a sleeve region (19) of increased cross-sectional width for retention of the insulated connecting line (11) and, adjoining it, a narrowed contact region (18) of smaller cross-sectional width solely for retention of the stripped wire end (24) of the connecting line (11). A grip body (21) of dielectric material is moulded around the connection-side part of the plug pin (3) and the connecting line (11). The length at least of the sleeve region (19) is of equal size to or greater than the stripped length (17) of the wire end (24) of the connecting line (11). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen vollisolierten Stecker mit mindestens einem Steckerstift (3), dessen rückwärtiges Anschlußende (8) mit einem in Steckerstift-Längsrichtung verlaufenden Aufnahmekanal (9) zum Aufschieben und Verkrimpen der Anschlußleitung (11) versehen ist. Der Steckerstift (3) weist in Einschubrichtung (6) der Anschlußleitung (11) hintereinander zunächst einen Hüllbereich (19) größerer Querschnittsweite zur Aufnahme der isolierten Anschlußleitung (11) und daran anschließend einen verengten Kontaktbereich (18) kleinerer Querschnittsweite zur Aufnahme lediglich des abisolierten Litzenendes (24) der Anschlußleitung (11) auf. Um den anschlußseitigen Teil des Steckerstiftes (3) und der Anschlußleitung (11) ist ein Griffkörper (21) aus Isolierwerkstoff gespritzt. Die Länge mindestens des Hüllbereichs (19) ist gleich groß wie oder größer als die Abisolierlänge (17) des Litzenendes (24) der Anschlußleitung (11).
