Abstract (en)
In the device for automatically feeding and turning screws (30), two approximately beak-like jaws (25, 26), which complement each other in the closed position to form a sleeve with a common inner passage channel (29), are pivotably held on the sleeve (20) and open simultaneously and to the same extent as a result of a drivable positive coupling via interlocking tooth systems (37, 38). The jaws are compelled into their closed position by means of spring force (33, 34). In the end region of the inner passage channel, they contain an annular surface (43) which tapers frustoconically towards the end and against which the head of the screw (30) presses upon ejection of the latter, thereby opening the jaws. Owing to the drivable positive coupling, parallel opening and hence axial, straight expulsion of the screw is guaranteed by the screwing tool. <IMAGE>

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum automatischen Zuführen und Eindrehen von Schrauben (3) sind an der Hülse (20) zwei sich in Schließstellung zu einer Hülse mit gemeinsamen inneren Durchlaßkanal (29) komplettierende, etwa schnabelartige Zangenbacken (25, 26) schwenkbar gehalten, die durch eine getriebliche Zwangskopplung über ineinandergreifende Verzahnungen (37, 38) sich gleichzeitig und im gleichen Ausmaß öffnen. Die Zangenbacken sind mittels Federkraft (33, 34) in ihre Schließstellung gezwungen. Sie enthalten im Endbereich des inneren Durchlaßkanales eine sich zum Ende kegelstumpfförmig verjüngende Ringfläche (43), gegen die beim Ausstoßen der Schraube (30) deren Kopf drückt, wodurch die Zangenbacken geöffnet werden. Wegen der getrieblichen Zwangskopplung ist ein paralleles Öffnen und damit ein axialer, gerader Ausschub der Schraube durch das Schraubwerkzeug gewährleistet.
