One of the shafts is provided with a needle holder formed as a guide frame. The other shaft is provided with a sliding block which moves within the rails of the guide frame. The sliding block contains a rotatable perforated disc which has holes for guiding the leno threads. The sliding block (9) is provided with a control element which is movable in a working direction relative to the sliding block and is connected to the perforated disc (10).
