Abstract (en)

[origin: US4767252A] This invention is directed to a manipulator for automatically supplying centrifuge machines for rotating bobbins of yarn in which the manipulator includes a carriage equipped with stop wings and tightening arms which grip the bobbins conducted to the carriage by a conveyor and wherein the carriage moves the bobbins to the baskets of the centrifuge machines and thereafter returns to its initial position while flaps mounted on the carriage cover the centrifuge machine as the bobbins are rotated therein and thereafter the flaps urge the bobbins from the centrifuge machines to a receiver plate.

Abstract (fr)

Le manipulateur comprend un chariot (13) équipé d'ailes de butée (20) et de bras de serrage (23) qui saisissent une bobine A amenée par un transporteur (17). Le chariot (13) se déplace vers l'avant afin de déposer la bobine sur le plateau mobile (10) du panier (5) de l'essoreuse, puis revient à sa position initiale. Le volet (24) s'abaisse pour obturer la cuve (4) et se relève ensuite afin de former poussoir apte, lors du déplacement du chariot, à chasser vers l'avant sur un plateau récepteur (29), la bobine essorée remontée par le plateau (10).
